At Integrated Community Home Care Solutions LLC, our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual disabilities to lead fulfilling, independent lives. We are committed to providing personalized, compassionate care that prioritizes health, safety, dignity, and community integration. By actively engaging individuals in meaningful community activities and fostering connections, we help them build social relationships and gain valuable life skills. Integrated Community Home Care Solutions (ICHC) is a premier residential program serving individuals with intellectual disabilities across Pennsylvania. Founded in 2017, ICHC was built on three core values: Heart, Excellence, and Commitment.
At ICHC, we believe that every person deserves to live a life of dignity, independence, and purpose — and it is our mission to make that possible every single day. Our person-centered approach ensures that each individual’s unique needs, goals, and preferences are at the heart of their care plan. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions — we believe in helping every individual live their best life.
Our homes are professionally managed, meticulously maintained, and staffed with highly trained, compassionate caregivers. From the direct support professionals to our leadership and management teams, everyone at ICHC is committed to delivering the highest standards of care and exceeding state guidelines. We maintain full compliance with ODP (Office of Developmental Programs) requirements and always strive to stay audit-ready — because excellence is not an option, it’s our standard.
